To have a complete application you MUST bring the following documents with you:
- Proof of Age – Ex. Child’s state issued birth certificate or Passport, etc.
- Child’s immunization record
- Four (4) proofs of residency where you live with your child (See the "Procedures" section of the Admissions page for details)
If you are a multiple occupancy resident in Bensalem Township, there is additional paperwork that must be notarized and additional proofs of residency needed to complete your application. Please send a message to admissions@schoollane.org requesting the documents needed or call our Admission Office at 215-245-6055 ext. 620 prior to completing your application.
