In celebration of this month’s learner profile trait, open-minded, 7th grade student leaders prepared an assembly highlighting ten different cultural and religious holidays of local and global significance. Great work to all 7th graders in student leadership!
Paul Harrold from the Philadelphia Shakespeare Theater joined IB Campus students again this week to bring Macbeth to life. Paul worked with the ninth grade last year on Romeo and Juliet. He will be returning in the Spring to work with our current ninth grade. As Paul always says, Shakespeare was written to be performed!
Our Clarinet Choir performed Pure Imagination from the Willy Wonka film this morning during morning announcements. Our music program continues to grow. Congratulations to our performers today.

Thank you to TreeTrails Adventures for leading our 9th Graders in some team building activities this week. A great time was had by all!
Middle school student government did a wonderful job organizing a Jingle Ball on Friday. Teachers and 7th and 8th grade students celebrated this joyful season by dancing and singing with friends.
7th grade students taught families about media literacy and flooding in Libya and New York City during their interdisciplinary unit exhibition.
IB Campus students working with our partners the Friends of Poquessing Watershed and Bucks County Conservation District to create a Pollinator Garden. Friends of Poquessing Watershed have generously included School Lane in a grant to promote healthy environmental spaces in Bucks. Students worked to prepare the ground using cardboard, leaves and mulch without using chemicals. Planting will begin in the Spring. Our partners have visited classes to teach about the challenges of maintaining the waterways in our area and to explain how a Pollinator Garden contributes to the ecosystem.

IB Campus Homecoming Dance 2023! Great turn out of students dressed in all their finery.
School Lane IB Campus dress down day for students to wear cultural attire to celebrate Diwali. We love to see our students dressed so beautifully.
Sibling Applications will be available beginning Monday, November 20th at 5:00 PM at both campuses to coincide with Parent Teacher Conferences. Beginning on Tuesday, November 21st, sibling applications will be accepted in person each school day between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM at either campus. Families interested in enrolling a sibling of a current School Lane student for the 2024-2025 school year in Grades K-12 should apply at this time. Siblings of current students are given first priority for any openings. A sibling is defined as one of two or more individuals having at least one common parent.
