Other Requirements for Employment

Once a contingent offer of employment is made:

  • The human resources department will schedule a drug test and provide the necessary information to the new employee.  This test must be completed within 48 hours.

  • The candidate must return the completed School Personnel Health Record within 60 day of start date.  The TB test must have been done within the previous 12 months, or a new one must be done.

  • The human resources department will set the new employee up in the Records system and provide the individual with a username and temporary password.  Most new hire paperwork will be completed via this system.
