10th Grade Assembly

On Monday March 6, the 10th grade student leadership team worked with Advisory groups to put on a 10th grade Student Run Assembly.  Students shared their talents by playing the drums, singing, doing the shuffle, reading a short story and sharing hobbies.  At School Lane we have lots of opportunities for students to shape their own experience.  As a small school, with a strong sense of community, we can give more students the chance to learn how to be a leader.  We are committed with the IB to create responsible, active citizens of the world. School Lane gives students opportunities to grow in the characteristics named in the IB Learner Profile.  To lead your peers, you need to be a risk-taker, a good communicator, open-minded and caring. Congrats 10th Grade- you set the standard!
